Self Portrait

This is My Self Portrait I made on google drawing, with a polyline.

Beeswax Wraps

Today we made beeswax wraps. We wanted to do this as we are sick of seeing glad wrap in everyones lunchboxes.

"How to make beeswax wrap

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees or the lowest setting. ( Pinking shears will help prevent your swatches from fraying).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the fabric on top. If the pattern is one sided place pattern faced down.

3. Evenly distribute a liberal amount of beeswax all over the fabric. ( grate the beeswax ). Make sure you spread the beeswax all over the fabric.

4. Place it in the oven for about 4-8 minutes. When the beeswax melts completely, take the tray out and use a paintbrush to spread the beeswax evenly over the fabric.

5. Hang the beeswax up on a clothes hanger and let dry.

Then you are done with your homemade beeswax wrap!"

Tips and Tricks for a better lunchbox

WALT: have less rubbish in our lunchbox
We did this because so we can save the world you should buy food that doesn't have plastic on it instead of using glad wrap you can make bee's wax's wrap's and bee's wax's wraps can reuse it and it's pretty cool.  if you see people littering tell them to pick it up so the world can be a better place.
Hopefully, we can make the world a better place.

Painting Panels

As a school we are working on beautifying our environment. Last term we painted a panel for outside our compost area. We are now painting a panel for the front of our school.
